How Kauplykill Works

The Solution to Your Home

Find Your Dream Home

You find your property from Skugga Construction Company that suits you. You contact TORG Real Estate who will review the payment arrangement, your down payment plus Kauplykill’s contribution.

You make an offer on the property.

2.

Financing and Documentation

After the offer is accepted, financing through a lending institution begins.

Upon completion, purchase, co-ownership, and lease agreements are made with TORG Real Estate.

Kauplykill holds up to 25% ownership share throughout the contract period of 3-10 years.

3.

Property Handover and Deed

The real estate agent arranges the deed transfer when purchase agreement conditions have been met.

You become the owner of the apartment, along with Kauplykill, and you have 100% right of disposal over it.

During the contract period, you can sell the property or buy out Kauplykill’s share.
